<br />artman's Additiox to said City on west side .of Georigiane Avenue near end of ptb*ot,
<br />and that no protection was put up to public at this alley on account of excavating
<br />.out in alley, Thi alley is north of above lots and.an alley west of these lets. This
<br />ratter referred to tke Street Commissioner to investigate.
<br />The following resolutions were adopted by the Board.
<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1221
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bead,
<br />St. Joseph Couxty, State of Indians, That it is deemed_ necessary to improve Colfax Avenue
<br />from the east line of Sunnyside Avenue to the west line of Suxhyside Manor as follows,
<br />to -wit:-
<br />Said street shall be graded. frOm property line to. property line
<br />to the esta, lished grade, and cement sidewalk and ceaenteurb shall be constructed along
<br />both sides of.said Colfax Avenue. All as is sore particularly shown aid all in accordance
<br />with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications ors file in the Office of the
<br />Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
