The following resolutions were adopted by the Board.
<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTIOY NO. 12
<br />Resolved by the Board ®f Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County. State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve
<br />Colfax :Avenue from the east line'of Sunn side Avenue to the westline of
<br />Sunnyside Manor as fellows, to -wit: -
<br />said street shall be graded from property
<br />line of property line to the established grade, and cement sidewalk and cement
<br />curb shall be construdte'd along bath sides of said Colfax Avenue. All as is
<br />more particluarly shown and all in acedrdanee with the plans, profiles, detail
<br />drawings and specifications ®n file in the Office of the Department of Public
<br />Works of the, City of South Bend, Indite.

<br />Resolution No. 1142. In the City of South Beni, Indiana.
<br />Resolved that notice to the assessments be published an the
<br />18th. day of June 1923 and on the 25th. day .of June 1923 in the South Bend
<br />Daily Tri bune and News Times,.in .said City,.stating than this Board will give
<br />a hearing on the amounts of its4.assessments at its office in the City Hall
<br />an the 11th. d a-7 of July 1923 at 7:Z5 P.M.
<br />. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract
<br />be. accepted and apprevod and the final estimate thereon allowed.
