<br />Huey Street from Aspbaltle concrete to Brick. • This' petition contains the signatures
<br />of a majortiy of the resident, freeholders Sam* awarded to Williston Construction
<br />Company on Brick with asphalt, filler,
<br />Concerning the improvement, of the' roadway of Huey Street from Wash.
<br />Avenue to Linden Avenue,in pursuance to Resolution No.`1146' the petition of freeholders
<br />residing on said street is considered, and the report "of the City Engineer is reeeived
<br />and all evidence is 1weard, and the Board of Publid Works finds that said petitioners
<br />constitute a majority in number of the freeholders residing upon said street be be im-
<br />proved, that said improve ent be made with Brick on gravel base, with asphaa:ltic Filler
<br />the kind of pavement requested in said petition; and the City Engineer reports that Willi
<br />Williston Construction Company is the lowest and best, bddder for said pavement and the
<br />Board so finds, tkK%x and lets the contract for said improvement to his, and orders
<br />said improvement to be made with brick on gravel base with asphaltic filler and all,
<br />proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified.
