The following resolution was adopted by the Board,
<br />Sidewalk Improvement Resolution No. 1213
<br />Resolve'd by the Board of Public Works of the City Of South Bond, Sto
<br />Joseph. County$ State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to'improve*Street in
<br />�-,Parker & Allen's Addition as follows,, to-wit:-
<br />'Garlandi.Street,from,South Bend -Avenue
<br />140 the south lin of said.Parker.& Allon's'Addition shall be! graded,from property
<br />line to property line to the established grade and cement sidewalkandcement curb
<br />shall be constructed alozg,both sides.of.said -street.
<br />Also: The west J.of Harriet Street.from-South Bead Ave. to the
<br />south line of.Parker & Allents shall be I graded to the established grade and cement
<br />sidewalk and cemorlt curb shall be constructed along the west side of paid street,
<br />Also: The south r, of South Bend Avenue from Harriet Street to
<br />Jacob Street shall be graded to the established grade and cement sidewalk and cement'
<br />curb shall be constructed alofig the south side of said South Bend Avenue. All as is
<br />more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles,, detail drawings
<br />and specifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana
