<br />Know all men by these presents, That we Edwin L. Perkins as
<br />proprietor, and Cora A. Perkins his wife, have caused the land embraced in the
<br />annexed plat viz: That part of the west I of the ease of the o Wf the SW 2- ¢
<br />of Sec. 14 tan in Town 37 N. R. 2 E. that lies south of Calvert Street to be
<br />surveyed.., laid out and plai-ted to be known as Perkins Ewing Avenue Addition
