Continued, COPY OF CONDEMNATION RESULTION N040 75. Resolvers by the Board of Public works of the City of South bend, Indiana,: That the following described property be apporpriated for the use of said City: O'Brien Street from Mayr's Michigan Avenue Addition to Elwood Avenue as follows, Lo-vrit:- Beginning on the east line of O'Brien Street at the northwest corn r of lot 130 in Mayr's Michigan Avenue Addition; thence north along the east line of O'Brien Street extended north to the south line of Elwood Avenue; thence west along the south line of Eliqood Avenue sixty (60) feet to the west line of O'Brien Street extended north; thence south along the west line'of O'Brien Street extended bo the northeast corner of lot 193 in Mayr's Michigan Avenue Addition; thence east, along the north line of Mayr's Michigan Avenue Addition; thence east along the north line of Mayr's Addition sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or benwificall; affected by such appropriations- Beginning at the intersection of the north line ofn Humboldt Street and the west line of the alley east of O'Brien Street; thence north along the west lineof said alley and said west line extended north to the south line of Bulls, Avenue extended east, thence west along the south line of Bulla Avenue extended, to the east line of the alley west of O'Brien Street extended north; thence south :Tong the east line of the alley west of O'Brien Street extended, and said line of alley to the north line of Humboldt Street; thence east, along the north line of Hu mboldt Street to the place of beginning.
