THEREFORE, in consideration that said Board of Pubilc Works proceed <br />- to improve said, Edgewater Drive and Hager Court (Bronson SU <br />kl <br />iIoked .in said .resolution, and for the. further purpose of saving .trine and expense, we the un. <br />dersrred,to hereby waive all objections on and in .defense to any defectin said. proceedings, and <br />to any- violation in procedure far the construction, of pavements as fixed by Section 8710 of Burn's <br />Revised 'Statutes _.of - 1914. We . further waive any right to object to the form of. said resolution. We <br />further waive any and all objections to the fact that no advertisement for hearing has been published <br />as required by law, and that no notices were mailed to the owners of property and that no hearing was <br />held by said Board. F <br />We also consent that said Board shall proceed to let the contract for do ; <br />ing said work in following manner; <br />That they shall notify by mail responsible contractors in the City of South <br />j <br />Bend, ladiana, of said work to be done under said resolution, and that they shall receive bids from <br />-said contractors for doing of said work, and they shalllet the contract for the doing of slid Hork to`4he <br />tlowest responsible bidder, and we waive any objection to the action of said Board in letting said con- <br />tract in a form and manner other than provided by law, <br />We further consent that the cost of doing said work shall be assessed a- <br />gainst the different parcels of real estate owend by us as provided by secticus 8710, 87IOa-871 12- r k <br />8713-8714-8715-8716-8717-8718-8719-8720-8721; and all acts and laws amendatory thereof or: f <br />supplemental thereto. <br />- We further agree that notice given by mail shall be sufficient notice cf `tl e <br />hearing upon the assessments made for said improvement. <br />Given under our hands on the day and year first above mentioned.- ' e <br />WA L O omb I 10 N <br />i <br />By F.
