Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br /> Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the construction of <br /> three office buildings,located at the intersection of Sample Street and Franklin Street, South Bend. <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost for the <br /> construction is estimated at $3,000,000 over a four year period.
