Wednesday May 16th,s 1923. Continued. The City Engineer submitted tabluations of bids received Tuesday May 15th.s 1923and preliminary ordered were made as follows:-. Concerning the ;Improvement of the roadway of Wayne Street from St. Louis Blvd. to Eddy Street, with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, concrete er bricks in pursuance to Resolution No. 1129 Ahis being the date set for the making -of the preliminary order designatinIg the kind of pavement$ the Board at 10!00 A IV. Tuesday May 15th., 1923 publicly opened read acid considered all bids ar:d then, continued their meeting to Wednesday May 16th. 1923 at 7:15 P.M.
