<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bench,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Alt4eldt
<br />Street from nlami Street to Clyde Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />said street shall be graded
<br />from property line to property line to the establised grade, and cement side,41A and
