<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Sout. Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to tmprove East
<br />side of Miami Street from Ewing Avenue to the south line of Miami Heights Addition as
<br />follow, to-wittoo
<br />Cement sidewalk shall be constructed along the east side of Miami
<br />Street from Faring Avenua to the south line"f Miami Heights Addition, all as is more
<br />particularly shown and allin aoaord-ance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings
<br />and specifications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of the City
<br />of South Band., Ind jars . _
