<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St, Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to :improve °DivisiaA Street; from alley E. of Camden St. to alley west; of 'Dundaed Stree ,.
<br />Huron Street from alley E. of Camden Street to Salley west of Dundee Streete
<br />Ford Street .from alley E. of Camden St, to alley West of Dundee Street
<br />Dunbam Street from alley E. o Camden Street to alley West of Dundee Street.

<br />By grading said streets from property line to property Fine to the
<br />established grade and constructing cement sidewalk and cement curb along both Bides of
<br />Huron Street,, pord Street; Dunham Street; Camden Street; and Dundee Street and cement,
<br />walk on the south Bide of Division Street and cement walk on the north side of Sample
<br />Street. All as. is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles.,
<br />etail drawings and specifications on file in the office of the 'Department of Public Works
<br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In nocordanco with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications
<br />on file in the office of the Department of the Board of Public Works of ' said
