<br />Resolved by the Beard of Public Works of the City of South Bead
<br />County of St. Joseph, State -of Indiana That the construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon,
<br />and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral draitis by and the
<br />same is hereby, ordered in and along California Avenue from Distmead Avenue to Cleveland.
<br />Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the interseetion of the east line of Diamond
<br />Avenue and center line of California Street, thence east along the center line of
<br />California Avenue to a point 115 feet west of the west line of CAtvelan+d Avenue with a
<br />ten (10) inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary fnnhOlesr ; storm water
<br />inlets, cnduits and house eonnae-tions to - the curb line along .the line of said improvement
<br />all as is more particularly shorn and all sea in accordance with the plans, #'profiles.,
