<br />Resolved by l,he Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St.
<br />oseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Oswald Court from
<br />Walnut Street to Magnolia Street as follows, topwit:--
<br />Said Court shall be graded from pro-
<br />p rty line to: the established grade, and cement; sidewalk and cement curb shall be con-
<br />structed on both sides -of said Court, all as is more particularly shown and all in accord-
<br />ance with the plans, profiles, detail. drawings and specifications on file in the office of
