Continued <br />AND WHEREAS, we the undersigned, are the only persons owning pro_ <br />petty on said street to be improved, and that we alone are .affected ,in ar,y Hay by said. proposed <br />improvement. That we are the sole owners of the separate parcels of land bordering upon said street <br />proposed to be improved. <br />THEREFORE, in consideration that said Board of Pubilc Works proceed <br />i <br />to improve said Woodlawn Blvd. from Portage Avenue to Rj versi dt- nrive <br />Bled: 'I <br />As proposed in said resolution, and for the further purpose of saving time and expense, we the un- <br />dersigned, do hereby waive all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings, and <br />a to any violation in procedure far the construction of pavements as fixed by Section 8710 of Burn's _ - <br />Revised Statutes of 1914. We further waive any right to object to the form of said resolution.
