Blvd; As proposed in said resolution, and for the further purpose of saving time and expense, we the un- dersigned, do hereby waive all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings, and to any violation in procedure far the construction of pavements as fixed by Section 8710 of Burn's Revised Statutes of 1914.
