' The following resolution adopted COPY OF �7VACATION RESOLUTION N04 75$1923 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bedd, Indiana: That it is desirable to vacate the following t Donald Street from the east line of Fellows Street to the east lihe of Rush Streets described by a line running as follow*$ to -wit: - Beginning at -the intersection of L tke nortk .line of Donald Street and the east lute of Fellows Street; thexee east along the north line of Donald Street to thw east line of;Rush Street; the4oe e south sixty (60) feet to the sontk line of Donald Street; thence west on the south, line of Donald Street to the east lime of Feilowa Street; thence north sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning; M 6L6 The first alley east of Fellows Street from Donald Street to the first alley north of Donald Street as follows, towit:- Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Donald Street and the west line of tie first alley east of Fellows Street; thence north on the west, line of said alley one kusdred twenty eight (128) feet to south line of alley thence east fourteen:(U) feet; thence south one hundred twenty eight (228) feet; thence west fourteen (14)'fset to the place of beginning.
