Concerning the improvement of the roadway. of Lafayette Street <br />from Marquette A*enue to Wkkewa Avenue, also Marquette Avenue from Lafayette <br />Street to Iroquois.Street,, also Wakews Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois <br />Street with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitul lithic, coxerete: or brick, in ° <br />pursuance to Resolution No. 1111, T his being the date set for the making of the <br />preliminary. order: designating the kind of pavement , the Board at 10:00 A.M. Tues# <br />Tuesday April 17th., 1923 publicly opened read and con,lidered all bids, and then <br />continued -their meeting to Wednesday April 18t,h., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Now on last named. date the Board designated Sheet asphalt -as the <br />kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved with and fixes the 30th. <br />day of April 1923 at 10:00 A.M. as the time when petitions for changing the kind <br />of pavement must be filed; and the Board hereby continues this matter until the <br />1st, day of May 1923 at 10:00 A.M. Board. - <br />Dated this.18th. day'of April'1923. <br />Petitions filed e,nd resolutions ordered on the following improve- <br />ments. <br />To pavement on City Hall Court from Scott Street, to 2n.d. alley <br />westr Board ordered said petition modified and ordered resolution prepared from <br />Scott Street`to Main Street. <br />Sewer on North O'Brien Street from Vassar Avenue to Lincoln Way <br />West. <br />Sewer on Hancock Street from Arnold Street to first alley east. <br />Sewer on Grace Street from Olive Street to Kaley Street. <br />Excavation bond for the sum of $1,000.00 of Arthur.V. Meyers <br />approved, <br />Property owners residing on Robinson Street between Lincoln Way <br />East and Randolph Street appeared before the Board and filed written remonstrance' <br />against serer and pavement on said street. Board heard interested parties <br />present;and ovep-ruled petition filed April llth., 1923 and approved remonstrance. <br />Board ordered resolution for grade', curb and walk on south aide <br />of Keller Street and west side of Dubail Avenue and south side of Corby Street <br />rejected and new resolutions ordered. ° <br />Petition received for light in alley between Colfax Avenue and <br />La Salle.Avenue known as City Hall Court at first evvss alley west°of Scott Stxlet <br />Same referred to Pole -and Wire Inspector, <br />Partial estimate filed for trunk sewer No. 2 to Gorge Pontrarelli <br />for the amount of M34,524.23 <br />Partial estimate No. 2 for the Calvert Street Trunk sewer <br />to George Poxtarelli for ...........$1,545.51 <br />
