Concerning the improvement of the roadway of alley east of St. .Joseph -Street from Wayne Street, to the 2nd. alley south of Wayne. Street with asphalt, as-Nhaltie eoxcrete, bit,ulithic, soxsrete, or brisk, in pursuance to Resolution. No. 1110 this being the date set for the ma -king of the preliminary order designating the kind of pavement, the Board at, 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 17th.-,. 1-923, publicly opened read and ctonsider3d all bids and then continued their meeting.to Wednesday April 181,h..0 1923 at 7:15 P.M.
