Women's Care Centers INC paid FAMILY AND TWO <br /> DISTRICT <br /> $130,000 (AV$74,900) for the property late December FAMILY. 3511: <br /> 2017. Earliest record of home is 1916, previous "FBI <br /> OFFICE <br /> ownership transfers were in 2001 and 1980. This house 35Z' DISTRICT <br /> did not appear on real estate market listing searches <br /> for sale prior, nor were signs placed adverting the <br /> property for sale. i <br /> The adjacent property at 3511 Lincoln Way West was <br /> purchased in April 2017 by a OBGYN medical group. The OBGYN owned property <br /> has been a medical office zoned OB, office buffer, for 10+ yrs, and did not need to <br /> seek any changes to the neighborhood to continue intended use medical office <br /> operations. <br /> It is the findings of this research brief that if the property at 3257 Lincoln Way West <br /> is allowed to rezone to commercial use, that the area between this property and at <br /> at 3511 Lincoln Way West will become zone of conflict that will cause harm to <br /> public safety for the neighborhood and be contrary to corridor development. This <br /> brief provides evidence as to the real estate history of Women's Care Centers INC, <br /> public safety concerns, and how this rezoning does not fit with the commercial <br /> corridor plan. <br /> Real Estate History <br /> Women's Care Centers are not medical clinics where patients can make <br /> appointments to meet with a physician. Women's Care Centers only offer <br /> pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and limited referrals.
