77 <br />Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1132 for the Resurfacing. <br />of Colfax Avenue from Michigan Street to Main Street and the widening and resurfacing of <br />Colfeit Avenue from Main Street to Lafayette, in the City of South Bead, Indiana. <br />TIpon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed, The Board being fully advised in the premisea, decides that that the <br />ebenefits'to property liabielto be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated <br />cost of the same, as reported by the City CivilEngineer, as thereupon takes final <br />action on said resolution asjeriginally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, <br />ratified, confirmwd and a�ppr'eved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 12th. day of <br />April 1923 and en the 19th.,'day of April 1923 in the South Bond News Times and Tribune, <br />stating that this Board willl reeeive bids for the construction of said improvemsnta up to <br />LO;00 A.M. on the lot. day of May 1923. In the City of South Bend, India. <br />In t e above matter remonstrators appeared and written remonstrance <br />filed. The Boardd after he ring interested property owners present decided and hereby <br />order that said 'improvement Resolution be rescinded. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll 96 awards of damages and assessments <br />of benefits for the Vacation of a change in location of a part of Rose Street from Blaine. <br />Avenue to Kessler Boulevard, under Vacation Resolution No. 70. In the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeased and no written <br />remonstrance was filed. The benefits and damages being equal.
