<br />Tonti Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street as follows, t®•wit:•
<br />Said avenue shall -be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, 0iad
<br />also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect
<br />said avenue shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in making said
<br />improvement shall be Water..Bound Macadams also cement curb shll be constructed --along said
<br />avenue where same is necessary and not, already constructed, manholes, storm water inlets,
<br />and conduits shall be oonstructed where necessary,rall manhole tops and storm water inlets
<br />shall be set to the proper grade, all as is more particularly shod and all in accordance
<br />with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the office Of the
