<br />esibblished grade and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed on the south side
<br />of McKinley Avenue: from the east line ef'Sunnyside Manor to the west line of.Sunnyside Manor
<br />and on the north side of McKinley :Avenue°- from the'. eastline of - Sunnyside Manor to a point '
