<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Worker of the City of South Bend, St.
<br />Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Harriet
<br />Street from Jefferson Boulevard to McKinley Avena.e as follows, to-witt-
<br />Said street sk
<br />shall be graded from property line to property line to the established grade, -and c
<br />cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed on both sides of said street, al
<br />all as is mere'partici4arly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles,
<br />detail drawings and.speaificatidns on file is the office of the Board of Public Works
<br />of the City of South Bead, Indiana*
<br />in accordance with. the lams, profiles , detai.l drawings and specifications
<br />oil file in the office o the De'oar-tinent of the Board of Public Works of said
<br />City; and such improvement is no-r ordered.
