is The following deed was received and approved. WARRANTY D E E D. THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That Benjamin F. Dunn, widower of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, CONVEY AND WARRANT To the City of South Bend of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana its successors and assigns for the sum of $1.00 and other valuaB le consideration the following Real Estate, in St. Joseph County, in the State of I4dianal to -wit:- A lot pr parcel of land twelve (12). feet in width north and south taken off of and"from the entire length of the South side of Lot Numberwd Ninety-seven (97) in the Plat of River Park, now a part'of the City of South Bend, ' This conveyance is made as a 'dedicati.on and is to be used by the public as a public alley pnd "for no other purpose. And covenant for himself his heirs and personal representatives that he is lawfully seized of the premises, has good right to convey the same.and guarantee the quiet possession thereof',, that the same are free from •all incumbrances and that he :will WARRANT AND DEPEND T$E_TITLE to the same against all lawful claims.
