March 2291923. <br />REPORT OF APPRAISERS. <br />TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />We, the undersigned appraisers duly appinted and commissioned for <br />the purpose of appraising property -for the Widening of P-ellows Street immediate <br />South-o-f, and inter -seating the south line of Division Street as now located <br />in the City of South Bend,'Indiana,,hEreby respectfully report &s follows: <br />Wd have examined the following described tracts and find tha <br />damages to be the amount set opposite each description; <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 1`is Riverside <br />Terrace, an addition to the City of South.bend, which point is on the East line <br />of Feloows Street, as now located, thence North 48* feel, to the middle of a <br />private alley seven feel, wide,`thence west 20 feet, thence south 48J feet, then <br />thence east 20 feet to the place of beginning. <br />LAND TAKEN - $750.00 DAMAGE TO IMPROVEMENT- $1500.00 Total $2250. <br />Beginning at a point in the middle of a private alley seven <br />feet, wide which point is 4Q feet north of the northwest corner of lot No. 1. <br />in Riverside Terrace, an Addition to the City of South Bend, thence North <br />311 feet to the middle of a private alley four feet wide, thence West 20 feet,, <br />thence South 31� feet, thence East 20 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Said property belonging to Samuel M.
