Wednesday March 28th.1 1923. Continued. Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1122 for the grads, curb andws walk on Clyde Street from Indiana Avenue is Ewing Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appealed and no written remonstrance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises. decides that the:bEnefits to the property Iiabel to the assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution.as originally adopted and the same is hereby.in all things ratified, confirmed and approved . Resolved further that notices.be published on the 30th. day of March 1923 -%nd on the 6th. day of -April 1923 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, in said City, stating that this Boards will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A. M. Tuesday April 17th., 1923. The Board resrges the right to re jest any and all bias. Hea-ring had on improvement Resolution No. 1103 for the Pavement, of the alley west of William Street from Wayne Street to the first alley north.of. Wayne Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1103. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon -said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal tothe estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said re solution ss originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published an the 30th, day of March 1923 and -on the 6th, day of April.1923 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, stating that t1is Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to.100:00 A. The Board therefore declared that the above mentianed.roll filed March 21st., 1923 is in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and these proceedings closed.
