Qualls to install a traffic signal at <br />the entrance to the South Bend Watch Co. Plant on Mishawaka Aver to safe <br />guard employes while getting on and off'street ears at this point: <br />This signal was ordered placed with the understanding that if its operatin <br />seriously interfered with traffic on "2ishawaka Ave. it is to be t4ken.dose <br />and some other plan for handling this situation be adopted. <br />DEPT.
