<br />Northern Railroad Company and the City of South Bend, covering the work to be done under
<br />Modified Grady Sepratton Resolution No. 4 adopted on tho. 9th•. day of January, 1925.,

<br />Board of Public Works _now approves and confirmed: all of suoh plans and specifications
<br />and allowes the estimates Aso 4mtist1fxxxx*kvr filed on the llth. clay of September, 192-59
<br />and the said Board now makes its allotment of work as follows, to-w1t:-
<br />1. That the New York Central Railroad Company shall do and perform all
<br />of the work included within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it.
<br />2:-,That the Indiana Northern Railroad Company shall do and perform all
<br />of thw work inoluded(within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it.
<br />3• That, the City of South Bend shall do and perform all of the work
<br />included within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it.
<br />4. That the Grand Trunk western Railway Company shall do and perform
<br />all of the work included within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it.
<br />5. The foregoing allotment -of work shall not be construed as any
<br />division of costs ofany of said work, but the Board expressly leaves all questions as to
<br />division of costs and the proportionate liablity of eahh of all of the parties affected fp
<br />for future determination as provided by law.
<br />The Board further orders that all of said work shall be done as pro-
<br />vided by Modified Grade Separation. Resolution No. 4 and in accordance with the plans
<br />and speoifioat,ions hereby approved and directs that such work be so planned and per-
<br />formed as to cause the least possible interruption of traffic and the least, possible
<br />interference with the operation of street railways and other public utilities.
