<br />The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each
<br />against the other where"both benefits and damages are assessed, against the same

<br />benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several

<br />Thereupon, upon motion duly Made: and seconded and unanimously adopted
<br />the day of October 1925 at 7:15 P.M: was 'fixed as the: day on which this Board
<br />will receive or hear Fe msnstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their
<br />respective awards or assessments, and the Clerk of this Board was instructed to
<br />prepare and cause to be duty and legally given, notice to the owners of each parcel
<br />of property, showing the amount of the assessments or awa�rds,with a description
<br />of the property affected, and the date of said hearing.

<br />Resolved 'by the Board ' of Public Works of the City'of South Bv44;
<br />Indiana; That it is desirable to vacate the following: -
<br />Angle Street from the west line' of Rush Street to the South line of
<br />Sample Sheet as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the west'line- of
<br />Ruth Street and the southerly line of Angle Street,.thence north along tke west line
<br />of Rush Street produced north to the northerly line of Angle Street, thence north--
<br />westerly along said line to the south line of Sample Street, thence west along the
<br />south line of Sample Street to°the east line, produced north, of the alley west of
<br />Rush Street; thence south along the east line of said alley produced north, to the
<br />northwest corner of lot 5 in Wenger & KrIoghbaum's Addition; thence southeasterly
<br />along the southerly line of Angle Street to the place of beginning.
<br />The following property may be injuriously or
<br />beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots 5,6,7,12,13,14,15 and 16 in Wenger and
<br />Kreighbaum's 1st. Addition.
<br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the
<br />lst. day of • October 1925 and on the 8th. day of October 1925 in the South Bend
<br />Daily Tribune and South Bend News times.
