The Board therefore descides that the benefits to the <br />property liable to be, assessed fo said ieiprovement are equal to ,the_ estimated cost <br />of the sae, and.said resolutions to''ngr confirmed Date for receiving , opening <br />and considering sealed propesals'fixed as 22nd. day pf''Sept. 1925 at'10:0ti A.M.. <br />*tic* thereof ordered published as requirddd by law, <br />Hearing had on Resolution for grading of alley south of Parkovash <br />Avenue from Lafayette" Street to `Iroquois Street$ under Improvement Resolution No, 1564. <br />In above matter remonstrance filed and remonstrators appeared, After due consideration <br />and heaving 411 interested parties, same rescinded, <br />r <br />Hearing had oti .�ar¢a#�ion env ;resolution N9,102 for the Vacation of <br />Madera Street from Hamitlen Avenue to Wilson A?renue. <br />In the above above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action on said <br />resolution and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this <br />resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />And the Board now ordered that a list or roil be prepared of all owners <br />or holders ofmproperty and of valusable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be <br />injuriously affected hich list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially <br />affected. `'� <br />Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 103 for the *acation of <br />alley between Mishawaka Avenue and Rose Street from Beyer Avenue to the Grand Trunk <br />Weil,ern R. R. Co. at.......$19.348.12. <br />Resolution ordered for g Vacation of alley running north from Marion <br />Street between Leland Avenue and Scott Street. <br />Sidewalk and curb ordered constructed by Variom Walks Contractor <br />on Lot 70 U. W. 8wygart's Replat at Northwest corner of Indiana Avenue and Webster St . <br />
