<br />The Board -of Public Works having under consideration a hearing
<br />on a Sub -Trunk sewer known as Huron Street and Anthony Street, under Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No. 1542, and having given, notice of the adoption of said
<br />resolution, met pursuant to said notice and at, the time and placed fixed
<br />therein, and no'.remonstrators appeared or evidence being presented by any
<br />-persons interested in said proposed improvement. The Board now finds that the
<br />area-v district to be drained Is properly bounded as described in said prelim-
<br />insry resolution, as follows:- Beginning at the intersection,of the center
<br />.line of the first alley south of Divl�sinn Street And the center Line of the
<br />first alley east of Kaley Street, theme"sonbh sl©ng.the center line'of the
<br />first alley east of Kaley Street, tothe center line of the first, alley Borth,.
<br />of Huron Street,; thence east along the center line of he first alley north of
<br />Huron Street, tothe center line of the second (2) alley east of Kaley-Street;

<br />tothe property within such district or area and the benefits to the City (if
<br />any) will be_squal to tka or exceed the estimated cost #f said proposed im-
<br />provement as shown by the estimate of the City Engineer, heretofore filed,
<br />ands the said resolution is now in ally things confirmed.. Dame for receiving

<br />to a point one hundred and seventy (170' ) feet east of the west line of
<br />Harriett Street, thence south parallel to the west line of Harriett Street to,
<br />the St Joseph River, thence down stream to the eener line of the first &;ley
<br />.west of Harriett Street produced south, thence north to the place of begAnning
<br />and modiflod said resolution changing Ruskin Street to Hildreth Street e:n page
<br />2 lines Four and five, and further finds that the speefieial benefits to the
<br />property Xithin such district or area and the benefits to the City (if any)
