POLICE DEPARTMENT Bills 71/ to were approved and ordered paid Motion prevailed that the request of the Union Bus Co. . to mark a no parking zone from the corner of LafayetteSt. and Jefferson St. to a point 90 feet f west of said corner on the South Side of Jefferson st. for the purpose of parking busses only to load and unload passenger be granted. It is under- stood that this privilage to the Union Bus Co, is temporarly, and is to be revoked at any time that conditions necessitate or that the Board sees fit, Motion prevailed to instruct Chief Hatt to confiscate certain magazines or literature containing undraped feminine forms carried by local news l stands with a view of future prosecution if the matter sold is found to f c ome under the Obscenity Law. f Motion prevailed to adjourn at 5 :OOP.M. Motion. prevailed, to accept and place on file the applications of Delbert Bunch, and Raymond S. Bakeman.
