Due t& the fact that <br />two of the Board Members .were out of the Cis on Monday .Sept. 20th. Pres. <br />. 916drum ordered'that.the regular °meeting be held Tuesday Sept 21st. at <br />l6 :00A.M.Mr Nicely was not present. <br />Motion prevailed to dispense with the readinglof the minutes of the last <br />re gular meeting and that they be accepted. <br />FIRE DEPT. <br />Bills # 5' to #1 in.al, were a proved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed to accept and place on file the application of F.E.Butts <br />for duty on the Fire Dept, <br />ELECTRICAL DEPT. <br /> g MOt prevail Ae. axccept ' and place on file the wee kly report of S•dpit <br />Qualms for,the week ending Sept. 18th. 1926, <br />Dept, of Weights and Measures <br />Motion prevailed to accept and place on file the weekly report of City <br />Sealer Bums for the week ending Sept. 18th. 1926. <br />POLICE DEFT. <br />Bills # to incl were approved and ordered paid. <br />t; Motion prevailed to accept and place on,file the', applications of Charlie <br />Chaplin John Sheport, and Lee Roy Allen for duty-on the Police Dept. <br />Motion prevailed t accept the resignation of Officer William H, Cordier <br />' to take effect October' lot. 1926, <br />Motion prevailed to approve the action of Chief of Police Hatt in granting <br />_ Officer William H.
