PA•All members being present, <br />minutes of previous, meeting were read and approved. <br />FIRE l'PEPARTMENT :- <br />Motion prevailed -that the application of Geo. E. Van Arsdale, <br />for a position in the Fire Dept. be accepted and was ordered placed <br />on file. <br />ELELCTRICAL DEPARTMENTI- <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED AND APPROVED. <br />N. -mbers 696 to 700 inclusive were approved. <br />Y1 <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASURE DEPARTMENT:- <br />Reed I. Hawthorne, presented weekly report for the week ending <br />Dec. 11th. 19254 <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT;- <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED $ APPROVED. <br />Numbers 2422 to 2433 inclusive were approved. <br />- Atty. 'Rollie Kent, from .Marcellus, Mich. `appeared before the <br />Board with a bill against officer Harry S. Ambs, a membbr of the <br />police department, who, has failed to pay the support money for <br />his two children as per the court order obi the Circut Court, at <br />Cassopolis, Mich. and an investigation was order by the Board as <br />to reasons for non payment of this ,court order and same to be <br />repotted at the next regul r meeting of the Bprd. <br />Moti vaile journ:- <br />ATTES s *- PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD. <br />C _K BOARD F PUBLIC SAF TY. <br />Friday Dec. 18th. 1925 Office of the 3oard of Public Safety, <br />meeting called to order at 5 P. All members being present, <br />minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. <br />FIRE DE PAR TPdiEN T : <br />BILLS PRESENTED ANT- ALLO'9ED. <br />Vouchers numbered 1)68 to 11)) inclusive were approved. <br />James Scott, (Fireman) presented proof of inury received <br />while in the discharge of duty and Motion prevailed that he., <br />receive full pay while off duty. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTtNT :- <br />BILLS PRESENTED AND ALLOWED. <br />Vouchers numbered 2529 to 253 - 2580 to 2594 Inclusive. <br />WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT : - <br />BIL S PRESENTED AND, ATJLO5ED. <br />Vouchers numbered..2531.and 2b95.were allowed. <br />POM I CE DE PAR TMENT : - <br />BIT,LS PRESENTED AND ATJLO.+VED. <br />Vduchers,:riukbA ?�d_; 2524 to 2527 --2532 to 25713 inclusive. <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & .APpROV;h <br />Numbers 2434 to 2442.were approved. <br />Officer HarrysS.. Ambs appeared before the Board and agreeded <br />to make a settlaant with his former wife for the support of his <br />two children. <br />Atty. S. J. Crumpacl�er appeared Before the 'Board-and presented <br />a petition for the reinstatement of Forrest D. Clark,, Oral Hamilton, <br />and E. E. Nelson. which was ordered placed on file. <br />Motion prevailed that the Bonds of James Ferry and Randall <br />N. Austin, for One thousand dollars each were filed <br />the National Surety Co., as Surety were approved and ordered filed. <br />Motion prevailed that Office Paul M.
