Louis.H ?; Meilke appeared before the <br />board to explaint the accident they had wi- the Patrol at the corner of <br />No Michigan and Howard'Strs* on Larch. ist, which damaged the fender of <br />Mr. E. G. A. Thompson, for services rendered injured <br />members of the Police & Fire Departments, stating that their was no <br />liability as their is no contract with Dr. C. A.
