Nelson, appeared before the Board and expla.ihed the accident they had with Ford, car No. 2. on`Dec. 25th. on West Division Sf. with Julius Van Durmen. as Mr. Van Durmen, assumed the resposibility and agreed to pay'f.or the damages -to the Police car the officers were.exonerated .
