F O-T a thi rd cause for removal, the undersigned further says <br />that said officer is guilty of conduct unbecoming an officer, <br />immoral conduct and neglect of duty, in t t on or about the 29th <br />day of August, 1924, the said officerx, Adamski, <br />at a time when he had been directed by the undersigned to patrol a <br />certain beat in the said amity of South Bend, abandoned said. p6troling <br />without any reason therefor and without reporting to the undersigned <br />or his superior officer of such abandoning said .patroling and entered <br />a dwelling in said city of South Bend known as number lll* Best Tutt <br />Street in ,said -.01ity, and therein attempted- by means of threat of <br />arrest and other threats that he would run certain women therein <br />out of the .,'city to induce said women to have improper relations <br />with him. <br />,Yherefore, for each of said reasons, the undersigned prays <br />that the said Board of Public Safety remove said officer as a, member <br />of the Police Force of said city. <br />—"oe <br />1 <br />
