Qualls, presented weekly report for the, week ending <br />Sept. 4th. 1924. <br />tRfEIGHTS MESURE SEPARTMENT :- <br />REQUISITIPNS PRESENTED & AP PROVED . <br />.15 <br />-Use of Car for the month of Sept. <br />Reed I. Hawthorne, presented weekly report for the week ending <br />Sept. 5th. 1924 also monthly report for the month of August rec'd. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT: - <br />RECUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED. . <br />Lumbers 1691 to 1704 were approved. <br />Dr. C. A., Thogipson, Deport for the month of Aug. received. <br />Mottiod prevailed that the application of Adolph Laskowski, <br />for a position in the Police Department be accepted and placed on file. <br />Officer 0. D. Hamilton, appeared before the Board regarding <br />the automible accident.on the night of Aug. 25th. 1924 with the Police <br />Ford and he was instructed to collect damages to city car from <br />Mr. Kennit tic Dermott. same to be appiled to our account at the <br />W. .R. Hinkle Inc. Garage. City. <br />Officers. Serg't. Peffl.ey, and E. O..Nelson, and Dohald Snyder, <br />appeared before the Beard to explain their accident with the Polices, <br />Ford., and they werw cautioned regarding accidents with Police cars <br />and they were instructed to collect for the damages to the city oar <br />same to be applied to our account at the W. R. Hinkle, Inc. Garage. <br />Motion. rev Ile to adjourn: - <br />ATTE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD. <br />CLERK THE BOARD. <br />Thursday Sept. 11th, 1924., (Special Meeting) Office of the <br />Board of,Public Safety, meeting called to order at 5 P.M. all <br />_ <br />members being present, minutes of previous meeting were read <br />and approved. <br />FIRE_ DEPARTMENT. REQUISITIONS PRESENTED AND APPROVED. <br />'Number s 843 - 845 -846. were approved. <br />BILLS PRESENTED & ALLOWED . <br />*; <br />Votitchers numbered 778 to 794 inclusive were allowed. <br />ELELCTRICAL DEPARTMENT: - <br />REQUISITIONS PREESENTED ,& APPEOVED. <br />Numberes 280- 283 -284. <br />BILLS PRESENTED AND ALLOWED. <br />Vouchers numbered 1652 to 1658 inclusive were abbowed. <br />Supt. Hawthorne, presented weekly report for the week ending <br />Sept. 11th. 1924. <br />T <br />FOLIC E° DEPARTMENT: - <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED. <br />Numbers 1705 to 1716 inclusive were approved. <br />_ BILLS PRESENTED & ALLOWED. <br />Vouchers numbered 1606 to 1651 inclusive were allowed. <br />Motion prevailed that the resigination of Oral E. Emmons, <br />{ <br />be accepted same taking effect Sept. 9th. 1824. <br />Motion prevailed that the application of V. C. Conrad, for <br />} <br />a position,in the police department be accepted and placed on file <br />} <br />The�Bcmrd went into session as a trial body to hear the <br />follwodr► harSea which were prefered against Officers Leo. ,G. <br />Adamsl. ., =and Harold D.
