Y. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT:- <br />Supt. Qualls, presented weekly report for the week ending <br />Aug. 21, 1924. <br />Mr. Qualls, demenstrated a min&ture signal that could be used <br />between the street car tracts and. he was instructed to proceed . <br />with his experiment and to have two of them made to try out as <br />soon as possible. <br />WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT : - " <br />Reed I.
