<br />After due and careful consideration of all th6.•evideence, sub
<br />mitted the Board. .found the said Karl R. Smith.not guilty,as charged
<br />as Mr. Earl, admitted that his charges were not weelP founded and
<br />stated he would rather be a friend of the officer Acrd offered to
<br />let the matter drop.
