Councilmember Kelly seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of <br />seven (7) ayes. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3729-07 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE <br />ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS 511 EAST COLFAX <br />AVENUE AND 210 NORTH NILES <br />AVENUE AS AN ECONOMIC <br />REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br />PURPOSES OF A (6) SIX-YEAR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />ODYSSIAN TECHNOLOGY <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has <br />adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic <br />Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as <br />Odyssian Technology, South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Mid Pt 83 Ex 3' x 84.75' SW Cor OP Lowell; W 38.25' of E 80.25' Lot <br />84 W 38.25' of E 80.5' S 16.5' Lot 83 OP Lowell; 42' E End Lot 84 x 42' <br />E End 1 Rd Side Lot 83 OP Lowell <br />11 <br />
