Friday Aug. 25th. 1922. Office of the Board OfPublic Safety. <br />meeting called to order at 5 P.M. All members being present. <br />Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. <br />FIRE ` DEP ARTIMIENT : - <br />Chief Sibrel being out of the City no reports were received. <br />ELECTRICIL DEPARTMENT1— <br />REnUISITION PRESENTED AND ALLOAD. <br />44. = -- Salaries Lineman Last half of Aug. <br />Supt. MILLER bk6s6hted weekly report ending Aug. 25th, <br />which was approved. <br />POLICE DEP IRT1 -I?T. <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED AND APPROVED. <br />#431'to 44 <br />BILLS PRESENTED AND ALLOWED . <br />392 -- -430 Bert Olmstead...... ...... .........................75.75 <br />The Clerk of the Board was instructed to draw up an ordinah.ce <br />asking for the sum of Five Thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for the <br />Police Miscellaneous fund, this amount being require for this <br />fund for the balance of the year. <br />A resulution was received from common council signed by council- <br />man Mr. R. M. Hutchinson, with respect to the use of the streets <br />by drivers of trucks and with respect to violations of certain <br />laws and otdinances of the city of South Bend, which was refered to <br />Chief Lane. <br />Motio revailed to adjourn. <br />ATTEST:-' <br />CLERK OF THE BOARD. <br />PRESIDENT OF TI- BOARD. <br />1 <br />
