Frida .V V <br />Jul 21 1922. Office of` the Board of Public Safety, <br />July <br />meeting called to order at 5 P.M. Mr. Ban pyle being absent. <br />Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. <br />REQUISITION PRESENTED AND APPROVED. <br />FIRE DEP ART1,,2VIT e - <br />181 - Repairs `8c Supplies. <br />MoJio4 prevailed that Chief Sibrel, to attend the convention of <br />the Internation Association of Fire Chiefs to be held in SanFrisco, <br />Calif, the second week in August 1922. <br />ELECTRIC L DEP`aRriIMENT: - <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED AND APPROVED. <br />38 - Lumber 39 - Repairs for Ford Car. <br />Motion prevailed that the application of M. C. Hobbs and Carl <br />Havens for positions in the Electrical Department be placed on file. <br />Supt. Beaning presented report of work done in his department <br />during the week ending July 19th. 1922. <br />Byron B. Miller presented weekly report ending July 21st. 1922. <br />101 I CE DOKRRY'1vr ?,NT : - <br />Motion prevailed that the applications of Ift. 0. weber, Ed. H. Zell <br />and Joseph Hecklinski for position inthe Police Department be placed <br />on file. <br />Motion - prevailed that Casmier Kubiak be appointed a member of the <br />Police Department provided he can pass the Phjticial esamination.ard to <br />begin duty as soon as possible. <br />Motion prevailed that the order placed with the Burger goat Co., <br />Manitowoc, .his. on May 4th. for motor Boat same to.be delivered about <br />June lst. be cancelled unless they can make delivery on or before <br />August 1st. 1922 on account of not making delivery on specified date. <br />Motion prevailed to adjourn. <br />ATTE T: - ��GG�� PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD. <br />e <br />___.�CLERK BOARD OF PUI IC SAFETY. <br />
