S` Young of the Weber <br />Candy Co. presented a petition asking for permission allowing punch <br />boards to be used to distribute boxes of candy in this city and <br />the petition was placed on file for futhur consideration. <br />Mr. P. F. Apgar salesman for the Yawman & Erbe Mfg Co., of <br />Rochester , N. Y. and Mr. R. S. Keller salesman for the The Safe <br />Cabinet Co. of Marietta, Ohio. appeared befor the Board submitting <br />prices and explaining their systems for finger print records Etc. <br />to be used in the detective department also quoted prices on steel <br />filing cabinets. <br />The following names of men who appeared befor the board and <br />were questioned regarding their applications for positions in the <br />police departments. Frank E. Ransbarger, John B. Cler4ens, Guy W. Rudd, <br />John Stasinski, J. E. Me Geir, Stanley Andrzejewski, Casmier Kubiak, <br />Ernest G. Zimmerman and Earl Van Dusen. of which the following were <br />appointed Frank E. Ransbarger, John B.
