Edward'Wygant for positions in the <br />Police department were ordered placed on file. <br />Motion prevailed that the resigination of Anthony A. <br />Sabernick as a member of the police department be accepted. <br />Motion prevailed that Chief Lane make application to <br />International Assn of Chiefs of Police and the National Bureau <br />of Criminal Indentification Association. <br />Officer John W. Vernon anneared before the Board and <br />was auestioned relative to how the accident happened which resulted <br />in the loss of part of the first finger off of his left hand. <br />which meet with the approval of the Board and Doctor bill for same <br />was ordered to be -paid by this Department. <br />Communications were received ffom James A.
