<br />of the United States, he had arranged for a conference to be held at

<br />at 1 ;30 P-1 for the purpose of holdin- a conference betweon the
<br />-Federal and State law enforciZg officers, with a view of briig'g about
<br />a closer relation a - rid habits of co- operation between these officers in
<br />their efforts to secure a better enforcement of Federal and State Lams,
