The redevelopment or rehabilitation project itself will create 12 new jobs year 1 <br />rq owing to an expected 26 by near 2 full-time and 0 part-time permanent jobs <br />within the first year, representing a new annual payroll of $ $605,000 in year 1 <br />arowinq to an expected $1,300,000 by year 2 and will maintain 0 existing <br />permanent full-time and 0 existing permanent part-time jobs including <br />existing permanent full-time minority employment of 0 and existing permanent <br />part-time minority employment of 0 with an annual payroll of $ 0 .This <br />company is a new JV and there is no existinq employment from this specific <br />entity. <br />12. The projected annual salaries for each new position indicated above are <br />estimated to be as follows (If more space is needed, please attach a separate <br />sheet): <br />Hourly Annual pay will approximate $38,480. <br />General Manager Annual pay will approximate $120,000. <br />Engineer Annual pay will approximate $100,000. <br />13.
