LaSalle <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the <br />lots and had failed to comply. -Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, <br />seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the request was approved. <br />Mr. Hill noted that most of the lots were being cited for weeds. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Durwood Meyers, 1013 E. Irvington, S.B. <br />Loretta Johnson, 1026.W. Grove, Mishawaka <br />Kurt Fuchs, 117 W. North Shore, S.B. <br />McKinley Gibbs, 1203 Lincolnway West, S.B. <br />REQUEST FOR HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE (130 EAST INDIANA) <br />A request from Mr. Robert Riege, 130 E. Indiana, for the designation <br />of a handicapped parking space in front of his property at 130 East <br />Indiana, was received by the Board. Mr. Riege, in his. letter, <br />indicated that he was confined to a wheel chair and vehicles were <br />continually-parked in front of his home. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was <br />referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for review and <br />recommendation. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total number of 29 outages for the period of <br />May 28 through June 23, 1981. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,. <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No. <br />10970 through No. 11565 and recommended approval. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report <br />was filed and the claims approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br />J n E.
