Catalpa, S.B. <br />Mrs. Evelyn Hartman, 52290 Santa Monica, Granger <br />Charles Edwards, 522 Preston Dr., S.B. <br />Mr. John Voorde, Councilman -at- Large, questioned whether or not the <br />handicapped permits authorized blue curb parking in front of a <br />person's residence. Mr. Hill explained that the handicapped park- <br />ing permits only apply to certain designated on- street parking areas. <br />He stated that he was not aware of any individual residences where <br />blue -curb parking was provided. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the following Certificates of Insurance were filed: <br />Cole Associates, Inc., 2211 E. Jefferson, S.B. <br />Morse Electric Co., Inc., 712 N. Niles, S.B. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of 24 outages for the period of December <br />6, 1980, through January 6, 1981. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m. <br />ig <br />o n E.
